Participated in a brief, one-on-one phone interview with my would be manager. Basic situational questions. Conversation was about 30 minutes long. On that phone call I was invited into the office with the same individual for a sit-down. I didn't seem like she was prepared for the interview basically asking if I had any questions. Her only questions for me were based off of questions that I asked her. A little sketchy but whatever. At the end of that interview (about an hour) I was told I'd qualified for a 3rd and final phone interview with the department head. That interview was very brief - just 2 questions. That interviewer took place on a Monday and the Dept. head said she'd have an answer for me by that Thursday. Thursday came around and I heard nothing, as did two more Thursdays. 3 weeks after their self-imposed deadline they asked for a writing sample - edits to a fictional job posting. I submitted it within the time frame but never heard from them again. Eventually, I just told the staffing agency that was assisting me that I was no longer interested in the position or any future positions with Sutherland Global Services.
