Got in through campus placement. Had to pass two communication rounds, a managerial round and a written communication test. The communication rounds were JAM sessions where they give you a topic and you will have to make a speech on it. They'll give you three minutes to prepare. The topics will be general and you can easily relate to it and speek something on it for one minute.

Typing test HR round Ops round Result! There's no more such rounds for cs associate thats all you get selected if you clear the above 3 rounds . It's easy at that time but don't know how it's gonna be now

all good self-introduction and family background then communication everything is based on communication and confidence of speaking, essay writing, and group discussion then there is 4 more rounds HR interview then virtual meeting then salary discussion and then document verification

The interview was pretty basic, just wanted to check and see how good our communication skill is, just be genuine and answer to the questions accordingly, and you will be all set
