3 rounds....the operations...then analytic and logical test...and a final hr round .HR was very nice and helpful too..overall a very good experience.3 processes were there and they sorted people accordingly

It was hassle free process and the interview took long but it's worth waiting and companies work culture is good and has good scope for growth and I've accepted the offer

It was an online interview and it was pretty straight forward with usual questions like why choose sutherland, experience in the field, comfortability with flexible working hours.
I was asked a proper explanation for switching my fields and they were concerned about how long i was planning to stay there.
