First Round Phone interview with the recruiter. Mostly all the classic behavioral questions. Nothing technical at all. The recruiter seemed in kind of a bad mood. I did no networking with firm, applied and took online assessment and got first round

The process started with a 20 minute online assessment and then within several days of taking this exam they reach out about a 30 minute phone interview. Still currently in the process but they are very willing to work with you with scheduling arrangements and such.

Sad. Two questions into the phone interview, it's over. No sponsorship for international students (even with STEM OPT) although it was listed on the application page that sponsorships are available after first three full years, which is obviously targeted to STEM students. I only applied because I saw this. Interviewer said what was listed on the website was wrong. A couple of days after, that line was taken off.
