Had my resume sent through a friend and got an email from HR. Conducted two phone interviews and after passing those was invited to their headquarters for a final round. The final round consisted of a 2-on-1 interview with the two head recruiters, a group interview with all of the candidates working together to solve problems, a tour of the office, and desk rotations to learn more about SIG and its culture. There was also a pretty informal dinner the night after the interview.

After passing online assessment will be a phone interview. The interview is ard 30mins, after checking ur personal information and WAM, the hr asked me 4 math questions. U r required to solve it manually (no calculator) and when u do it u need to say aloud how u think.

Did an OA, was 15 questions with some probability questions and what not. lots of EV calcuations and got progressively harder towards the end. Some systems of equations and other topics that were easier.
