It started with an online interview, later after the results, they sent an invitation for the simulator IFR assessment, general knowledge computer test, amd the next day a compass test and interview.

Computer test - General CPL knowledge and C208 questions
Simulator evaluation - General IFR knowledge, SID, Radial Interception, hold and instrument approach.
Interview - Standard questions with bases, fleet knowledge, scenarios etc
Psychometric evaluation - Compass Test
Consisted of a written exam, simulator, formal interview and compass test, the simulator was the most challenging, intercept vor radials, holds, ils approach down to minimum. It will be done on a G1000 simulator you will get one practice landing to get the feel of the simulator
