Pretty standard. I got a call from HR saying they were interested in setting something up with me. We set up an online interview and discussed basic interview questions. They asked me about my experience and what my interest would be in the position. After, I received an offer to do an in person interview with a couple of the team leads and people I would work with and we just chatted for an hour or 2. Maybe a week later, I had a written offer.
