I walked into the room and sat down at a table with one of the office people. I told him I was referred to the job by a friend and I was pretty much handed the job on the spot. Then we had a conference call with the manager who was in Massachusetts at the time. Filled out all my paperwork for hiring and whatnot and that was it.
