The interview process had 4 stages. The first one is a screening then a task to complete, 3rd stage with hiring manager and last stage with other senior creative. The process was pretty straightforward and it was going very well. After sending the completed task I’ve got feedback about the work and they were saying it’s amazing , mind blowing, my work speaks for itself. Then I proceeded to the last stage. After completing the last stage I received a reply stating that due to changes in strategy they’ll skip my candidacy and told me the reason has nothing to do with me. But they keep posting the job on LinkedIn and promoting it.

At first very smooth and collaborative, but after the last stage long delays in response. The whole process took more than 2 months and the reasoning beyond not sending an offer was not acceptable.
