The interview is based on 3 steps first one with HR, then with your directly boss and then with the manager, all of them are very gently and it seems is a good environment

Talk about your strenghts and how could be usefull in thia position
one round, a very bad experience, they do not respect my job. They require an assignment, they reject me in a wring role. I even do not apply that role, which is very suck. It is not a good choice for you.Not professional.
