The interview process at Sur la table was very easy going and relaxed. I talked to the assistant manager of the store and she asked me very basic questions. I had retail experience, and it was only a seasonal position. Nothing too hard.
Easy questions. friendly staff. Make sure you know information about the items in the store. My interview was conducted in the store. open to gaze around before interview. A lot of stuff in store.

Entretien
I submitted a cover letter and resume, then they interviewed me in person, they asked questions, it probably took 30 minutes. They didn't get back to me. I had very little experience though.
