Entretien
Was easy a few questions asked in a kinda of what would you do pattern. The interviewer was a great person and made it seem fun. Did get down to business when it mattered. The interviewer was very precise.

Question 1
What would you do if someone called in with a internet problem?
Entretien
Simple online test (it was multiple choice, around 15-20 questions) followed a very quick over the phone interview.
Everyone seemed nice and have not encountered any problems. The questions were relevant and felt like every question actually served a purpose. The email communication was a bit slow on responding, though. Overall, I would say it was a pleasant experience.

Question 1
How would you respond to an irate customer who has already been bounced around?

I received a call from the interviewer who seemed rushed and very uninterested in conducting the interview. She asked the normal questions of why I wanted to work for the company, did I ever have a work from home position, do I have any customer service experience, etc. etc. All questions were asked in a rush and I barely had time to answer the question before she asked another one. Eventually I just tuned out. She didn't seem to notice.

The interview went well, but I should have studied the basics a little better. I was more prepared to answer difficult questions and was a little surprised by the process. The person doing the interview was very professional. If I am able to interview again, there are definitely some things I would do differently. Overall a good experience.
