First was a standard 15 minute phone interview and then I was invited to a 30 minute Zoom interview. Both interviews focused on personality questions and very little to do with my actual ability or experience. Both went rather well and I was honestly expecting an offer or another interview. No clue why they didn’t go with me but I hope they find someone. I feel a bit cheated though.
