Interview process is a bit longer - you sit with a few different people during the initial interview, afterwards you come in for a "trial" period to show how you are at work (you are paid for however many days you work). Communication was clear, not sure why others were confused about it. Overall very straight forward.

The interview process is overly long for a company of this size. I had one phone interview and three in-person interviews. The questions they ask were very personal and not related to the job position at all, like where do you live, why do you plan on staying here, what do you think of Long Island, do you have any relatives here etc.
