Interview process included an initial screen followed by a leadership interview. I was explicitly told I was moving forward to the next round. Two days later, I received a rejection email stating the role had been filled, despite being told they were hiring two people. Several days after that, I received a second email saying I was no longer moving forward because they were looking for a “better fit.” The lack of consistency and transparency in communication was disappointing. Candidates deserve clarity and respect throughout the interview process.
