Casual and inviting. Interviewer was very professional and asked about prior experience, experience within the specific field of restoration. Easy to talk to, but also looked for qualifications to fit their criterion as well. Reviewed past construction documents heavily as compared to design portfolio. The company works in a specific field of architecture, make sure you have a reason why you might find it interesting.
