Questions d'entretien chez Superscript

I applied through LinkedIn for the role and got an Intial screening call with TA. The first round was mostly a quick chat to know about the company, role's goal and a bit about myself. I got invited to the second round on the same day. The round was with Operations lead, interview was okay good discussion around the role's expectations, deep dive abput my past experience. Opeartions lead informed that they will take a week's time to get back 3 weeks ago but haven't heard anything after multiple follow ups. This is where I felt a bit odd about the company's hiring ettiquettes, after investing time and energy just to be ghosted :(

I applied to Superscript online and was first invited to a preliminary qualifying call. This was followed by a video interview focused on validating my experience and a few skill-based questions. The final stage was an in-person interview where I delivered a presentation based on set tasks around how I would approach the role. The entire process was smooth and well-organised. The team was great to interact with, professional, clear, and genuinely welcoming. Communication throughout was excellent, and the process didn’t feel overly long or burdensome. Superscript clearly knows what they’re looking for and has an efficient, focused way of assessing candidates. I’d definitely recommend the experience to anyone considering applying.
