They really leave you after superday for one month because the hiring process was so unsynchronised that when 5 strong candidates are in the final round, they still keep accepting new applications and bring them to final round, leaving the old group hanging without a firm answer.
Overall just unorganized and disrespectful for candidates.
Do not waste your time. You'll notice other reviews about how they went through the interview process and did not receive an offer. I went through 8 interviews with this company and they just informed me of a 'hiring freeze'. To me, this shows a lack of strategy and a disregard to candidates. I was put through needing to learn enough about the product and conducting a 'demo' with nothing more than a prototype. This took a substantial amount of time to prepare for when I could have been focused on other opportunities.

They asked me a lot of questions about my experience- which I provided and was congratulated for moving forward in the process. However, it turned out to be a huge waste of time.
