First interview with HR person, pretty basic. Then you get home task in PHP, it takes some time, I finished over 2 days, somewhat tricky but not super hard - should be mindful of security issues and best practices. Then technical interview - it was quite technical, I did not expect it - went over issues in the task and: opinion on testing coverage and testing, explain types of testing, explain dependency injection, explain OOP, why do you like PHP, security. I could not explain some of this stuff very well, wasn't prepared for it, also said I do not like PHP very much and they did not like that... :D don't say that if you do
