very straight-forward. Questions ranging from "what are your strengths" to "where do you see yourself in 5 years". Process is about 2-3 weeks from phone interview to person then waiting. The questions that were asked in the phone and in-person interview were similar but with some differences here and there and the recruiters made it very comfortable for you so it didn't make you nervous at all. Interview process was good experience

Worked through a recruiter and eventually had the chance to have a phone screening which led to a face to face interview. Process was very seamless with help of the recruiter, however feedback from SEI was slow.
