The entire interviewing process was completely unprofessional, confusing, and a waste of time. I was invited to interview via Zoom. The minute I jump on the video call, they tell me that they offered the position to someone else the night before. Even though I was disappointed, they reassured me that there was another position opening soon that they'd love for me to interview for. They assured me that I was at the top of the list and a great way in. Following that video call, I emailed them multiple times throughout the course of a month with zero responses. I thanked them for the opportunity and was excited for an update. Again, no replies. I kept looking to see when the position was going to be posted online and never saw it. Finally, they email me out of nowhere to inform me that they filled the position and wished me luck in future endeavors. The fact that they strung me along with false statements, flat out ignored me, then didn't even give me the chance to interview at all was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. For being a company that is all about proper communication, this was by far the worst I have ever seen. Like many of the previous interview reviews, don't waste your time because you will be disappointed by people who do not respect you.

The interview process was enjoyable and pretty industry-standard from my experience. Altogether, I had a phone screening, hiring manager interview, panel interview with two peers, and a final interview with the skip-level manager. The process finished with three reference checks. I also requested an office visit, which they kindly obliged.
