The process was thorough, structured, and the team was transparent about timelines and next steps throughout. Overall a very professional experience.

The interview process was very thorough. You start with an HR screening, then a hiring manager interview, followed by two peer interviews, a presentation, and finally an interview with the Head of Sales Engineering.
This felt like a lot but Superhuman acknowledged that they asked a lot during the process and honored the effort that I put in. In my opinion, it showed that they really care about who they bring on.
