Boring, uninterested interviewer . Seemed like she didn’t care less about the interview and was made to feel rushed and unheard. Didn’t ask many questions and didn’t seem to listen to my answers.

Not complicated, straight forward tell me about a time you went above and beyond, why do you want to work for us? Tell me about your relevant experience, what do you know about us? What does great customer experience look like?
Applied online i think i heard back pretty fast got given interview dates to pick from and then confirmed it. Very simple general interview nothing to worry about mostly scenario questions and when I'd shown calmess under pressure etc
