Quite simple, standard retail style questions. Scenario based questions. They want to know about any previous experience from other jobs if you have any. The interview was quite casual, I met the store manager in their office, and we went over my previous experience, my interpersonal skills, and my understanding of customer service. The questions were predominantly competency-based like “Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer” and scenario-related such as “How would you handle a busy till with a growing queue?”.
