Very simple and skill based. Sat and had a personal experience interview and some scenario questions. Personality was also taken into account quite heavily to ensure you are a good fit with the team and will deal with customers well

easy and professional and polite which is good when you may feel uncomfortable doing interviews but this was very friendly. The management there are great at interviewing too so it was nothing to stress about
