Superbolter conducts 4 interview rounds to hire folks for internship.
Round 1: On Call Round
This round is more like a general discussion round where the interviewer asks about previous internship experiences, projects, academics and general questions in and around the tech stack and the role to assess the candidate.
Round 2: Assignment Round
In this round, the interviewer gives you an assignment in and around the tech stack you will be working so as to assess your expertise. Mostly, they gives a window of 3 days to 1 week depending on the complexity of the assignment.
Round 3: Assignment Evaluation
In this round, the interviewer conducts a live call with the candidate and discuss regarding the assignment and asks to make certain changes.
Round 4: HR Round
This is the last round, where the candidate will be asked certain behavioral and company practices related questions and further it is extended into general discussion like duration, stipend etc. mostly higher authorities like CEO, Engineering head are present in this call.
After clearing the 4 rounds, the offer letter will be rolled out to the candidates via mail. However the number and type of interviews may vary depending on the job role.
