Detailed Interview followed by test · The test can take 2.5 to 3 hours depending on how fast you complete it. · The tests should be completed in one sitting. · Please ensure you are set up in a location with strong and reliable internet connection. Please close all other apps / windows on your laptop before initiating the test, for instance, apps like Spotify or YouTube in the background. · The test is a measure of your intelligence and your personality. · The test is divided into 4 parts. · Test 1 and 3 are a measure of intelligence, these tests are timed. Test 1 is comprised of 2 x 10 minute tests of verbal and numerical reasoning. Test 3 is 1 x 40 minute test which measures cognitive ability and decision making. There will be clear instructions on screen as well as a practice test before attempting the actual test. It is a test of speed and accuracy. Please answer as many questions as possible in the allocated time. There is no negative marking for leaving a question blank or answering it wrong. Should you be stuck on a particular question for too long, we would advise you to move to the next question and revisit that question later if time permits. · We understand that candidates usually do not get to the end of the quiz in the allocated time, if that is the case for you, that is no problem. Attempt as many questions as possible.
