They set me up with an HRR and then they scheduled my IT onboarding. The HRR had a set of questions they asked me and during my IT onboarding they asked about my skill sets and where i use to work before and what i am doing currently

Very deep questions about networking knowledge as well as other technology questions. They believe to get paid for work in any company and from the client, expect you must be very competitive in knowledge. You will get a chance to work on new technologies. Overall it is very good experience.
