Interview started with recruiter call (15 min) than a week after 1 hour tech interview with techlead ,well she was way less experienced to perform as a techlead ,I was given technical challenge related to their data and need to normalized that data according to the requirement ,I had a hard time to understand the requirement in a clear way interviewer was asking to do hard code everything.My reverse question were following -What are you most excited about regarding the future direction? and what are some technical dept ? when interviewer started answering about tech dept i was like what the hell she was talking ,interviewer was into another direction about tech dept ,I am 100% sure she couldn't understand what stand for tech dept in Software Company .Total waste of time to interview with this company.I would suggest them please send experience employee to conduct the interview.

Applied online. Got invited to a coding round. Thought it went well but didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks. Thought I was ghosted but then recruiter reached out to schedule a Tech deep dive of sorts. Submitted my availability, but recruiter cancelled the interview stating that the position was filled.
