The process had a resume screening and 2 Stage interview. First round of HR with two senior HRs and next round was by a country manager - Sales about sales and marketing. The marketing interview was more of a discussion were I asked many doubts. Both the interviews were focussed on testing the knowledge I had about the company and my interest on the company. It was a pretty easy one. Each lasting 15 minutes. I had prepared well on the background of the company and it helped.
