It was simple and easy, went on a recruiters zoom call for about an hour, where they went over the position details and requirements as well as company structure and benefits / pay. Then if you were interested you were offered a one on one call interview with your district manager.

Friendly, relaxed and informative. There were some hardball questions disguised as softball questions but the overall vibe was warm and non threatening. Make sure you read up on the company and its leadership, as well as current trends in the solar industry.
