3 round process. First with the recruiter, just initial screening. Then with the Engineering managers (usually 2) that ask you to design panels on AutoCAD along with answering questions on a google form.

1 phone call from HR, another more in depth 30 minute interview with some technical questions, 1 1.5 hour interview with 3 design managers doing a 45 minute autocad/general knowledge MC quiz.
