I applied on line in response to a web posting. I received an e-mail within a few days asking to set up an interview time. The e-mail allowed me to choose a slot for the phone interview. I received a confirmation for the phone interview time. Interviewee was located in another state and was employed by the company. The interviewer had previously worked for the company in another position for more than 5 years. The interview was approx. 45 minutes in length and included several open ended questions regarding how I had dealt with certain challenges and problems in the past. The interviewer was very open about the process . Following the interview I was sent a Pi questionnaire to complete on line. The next day I received an opportunity to meet with a Regional Director for the facility with the job opening. The interview was held at another facility and I met with the Regional Director for approximately 45 minutes. The regional director was friendly but did not seem really interested in discussion of how I might utilize my experience in the Sunrise setting.

Entretien
I was interview by the corporate chef and the regional chef at Sunrise Senior living in Seal beach. I felt that the interview went well and the corporate chef told me to return for the next step of the interview process with another manager and to do a food tasting. They never reach out or call back, I was very disappointed that they did not have the common courtesy and professionalism to send me an email about their decision.

Entretien
Positive and professional interview questions with focus on experience. Approx. 10 questions, the interview lasted about 35 minutes. Ample opportunity to ask questions was offered. process was clearly explained. Follow up expectation was clearly explained.

Entretien
Jenn Fones was my recruiter and was one of the best I've ever worked with. She was so attentive though the entire process to help ensure I was not lost in the process. The process moved about as quickly as expected and with minimal delay. They asked questions that told them who you are and what type of person you are to sleep make sure you will blend into the culture they are looking for within the communities. They do also ask the typical behavioral based questions as well
