The interview process was very quick and efficient. They knew exactly what they were looking for and what they needed. They were very transparent with how Sunrise operates and were very willing to offer other opportunities (such as concierge work and Life Enrichment work) based on our interests.
2 rounds of interviews, one with the activities coordinator another with the executive director. The first one was on the phone, the second was an in person interview. Process took about 2 months but after that they just throw you into the job.

Comprehensive and thorough! Interview process was very well thought out and respectful for the potential employee. Interview consisted of a direct supervisor for the position as well as other department heads as well as human resources.

There was a group interview with people who had applied to different roles and a group of current managers (from different departments) and then we were individually called back to discuss how the company would proceed. I was met with a discussion on availability and pay.
