Was a group interview, pretty easy going, they are fairly good on this part. A variety of questions at random was asked to the future employees. The group consisted of 5 to 6 people.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience
