I was hired through an outside agency that Sunrise farm used to find applicants. I met with the controller and assistant controller. They interviewed me for 20 min, asked me about my past history, how I deal with time management, working under a clock, and my typing skills. I was hired 2 weeks after my interview. I later came to know that I was originally not their first choice. I was only given the opportunity as the other person didn't show up for work given the hard hours that it entails
