There were supposed to be 3 interviewers but only one was present( the one whom I was to replace!!!). The other one joined after 15 minutes. The owner (whom this role will be reporting) came after 30 minutes!!! so much respect for such a senior candidate. No pre-sreening was done; directly met the panel!!! It finally eneded up with 'my profile is not suitable'; why then call for a face to face interview?
