Interview was straightforward, they asked the basic behavioral questions followed by a scenario where they would test your skills in building rapport with customers and making a sale. After the first interview, I had two more interviews, the second interview focusing more on why I want this position and more behavioral questions such as "tell me a time when...". The last interview was with the district manager giving me a quick overview of my interview process, how i did, and when I can expect to hear back for an offer.

Interviewer asked me questions about my experiences and what I would do in certain situations. Someone was shadowing them and they also added on to the interview. I received an offer at the end.

Once I got a call back, they scheduled in an person interview and asked me to sale a pair of sunglasses. They wanted to see how I communicate. It was easy.
