Total process was very quick. They are usually quiet desperate for people. I filled out application and was called that day. Went to interview with a manager, I interview asked very basic questions, be energetic, had to do an audition, which was just greeting a customer and showing off the store. Just smile and be confident

Entretien
straightforward questions and mainly stress focused, it took three days in total for the process. I sent them my resume later they called me for the 1:1 interview and the next day they give you the result.

Sent my resume to the manager's email after he posted on outlet mall website for part time sales position. Was contacted almost immediately and asked to come in for an interview. The interview process was extremely long and kind of difficult. So many of the questions were basically just reworded but wanted a different response for each one. After the almost 50 minute interview he asked me to meet with the regional manager at the head location. I agreed. I drove 48 minutes out of my way to have an 8 minute interview to ask what stores I liked to shop at most. Overall not a fan of the experience.
