In person interview with another store manager, followed by regional manager. Also aonline personality test. They want to see how you will handle customer issues. They get secret shopped every month, so having a friendly and attentive staff is very important to them.

First impression was young interviewer at a table in a bar covered in used tea cups, very poor at interviewing kept picking up his phone and checking it and struggled to think of questions, very rude with mobile and didn't answer questions well, would not have accepted
