first I applied online and got a call from a store manager she asked if I could come in for an interview either that same day or the next so I went with the next day which was a friday and she mentioned it was for a new store opening up within another store she said it would be like a koisk so I went and followed through with the interview and asked me a number of questions related to customer service, customer experience, what would you say to a customer who looks some what uncertain and she went on and told me a bit about the standards which im sure she would only explain to somone who she thinks might actually get the job but the interview went well she told me briefly after the interview and she said how nice it was to meet me then she told me that she will pass along the info to the regional manager and if he calls me that I went through to the next step so he called me and asked a few easier questions and later told me I answered the questions exceptionally and will let me know if i get hired by saturday which it is now tuesday so fingers crossed I get a shot at a sales associate

Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.
