The interview process was short and simple. I had two interviews. One with the recruiter and one with the employer. Both conversations were under 15 minutes. It was very informal and low key.

Very informal. It was more like a discussion than an interview. They are a STAFFING company and therefore do not "hold your hand" through the interview and application process which is what I needed, it being my CFY year.
