I applied the position through the Career Zone website of my university and it took about 2 weeks before I got the interview. I attended the interview in the downtown of St. Catharines (80 King Street). I was asked general questions about myself and why I believed I could be a financial advisor.

Interview fairly easy. Easy to get in. The training is top notch and intense.
However you need to run like a business not a corporate job.
In terms of interview, as long as you have an ambition and know the sales game. You're in.
