I got a referral from an employee for an internship. The interview process was very easy, it was an on line format and it lasted for 15 min. They were asking classic interview question; why did you applied to our company, what are your strenght... I got an offer that I am about to accept!

Standard phone interview with standard customer service-related questions. Recruiter on the phone was nice but with a few pauses because she was typing up the replies but overall a very generic phone interview
