J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sun Life (Toronto, ON) en juil. 2022
Entretien
The process took about 3 weeks total. I was contacted by HR for a quick call. She asked me some questions my work experience but she mostly talked about the job requirements, the company benefits and perks. (I was sold at that point tbh lol). Then a week later she scheduled me for a coffee chat with the hiring manager. When I met with her, she asked straight forward questions about my work experience. None of those annoying Interview questions were asked (Thank God!). She brought in another manager during the call to ask some underwriting specific questions. Then I was asked to leave the call so they could discuss. I got the call that I got the job 15 mins later! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Working at Sunlife has been my dream for the last 5 years and I’m so glad the interview experience smooth and pleasant.

Question 1
The questions are mostly related to your underwriting limits and what products you have experience with. Manuals you use, experience with reinsurance companies
Solid interview process with a couple of managers, things seemed to go well and I had internal references but absolutely no follow-up by HR on status. Even after I reached out I did not hear back, which was disappointing
