Process started with email from HR - who expressed interest in me. I then setup the phone interview - but this took over a week to coordinate. Then finally did the interview and shortly after was asked for face to face meeting with hiring leads. After another 3 weeks I finally met them - had the interview which was quite unstructured...they said they woudl be back to me with an anwer and its been over 6 weeks , and altough i followed up recently, they said I was still in the running , but they woudl follow up. I clearly am not in teh running any longer...very poor interview experience.
