Either they are not clear what exactly they are looking in an Agile Coach or they are unable to get a coach in the last 3 months and still now they are recruiting a coach. My two rounds of interview was held on real time challenges in a team moving from waterfall to agile.

4 steps where you get screened twice followed by interviews with the hiring managers and employee coaches.
Note that the sequence was out of synch due to vacation schedules and so I met the hiring manager before the employee coaches.
Finally, the grid challenge test was at the very end which probably should be moved up if it is a legitimate screening tool. I personally found the test super difficult and actually practiced afterwards to see if I could improve my performance which I did but only marginally.
