AWFUL! Beware- this district is lazy and impersonal in that they don't want to do a phone interview, interview at the school or Skype interview you! I went to a teacher job fair in Colorado in March. I was very interested in Summit because of the location and I love Frisco and Silverthorne. Summit did no screening interviews in person at this job fair like the others I went to. Summit told me to apply online, which I did. I got an email weeks later that I had to do an online interview first. I thought this was going to be a Skype or Facetime interview with a Principal and teachers. Instead, in the email I was told to click on a link. It was a video interview app that you have to download and then you just talk into your computer screen. How lazy and impersonal! So I start the interview, and the questions are on the screen. They are long and I could barely read the questions in 5 seconds! You only have 5 seconds to read the question before it then starts taping you. It is very high pressure. The questions were way too broad and just plain stupid. You have 90 seconds to answer. I think there were 5 questions. I found the questions very weak and I don't like the idea at all that this is being recorded and then transferred to someone's computer to watch. It did NOT go well. It's pretty creepy and a lack of privacy. I would have done well if the interview was at the job fair in person, at the school, or Skype.
