Then, there was an in-person "interview," which was basically just a conversation about what the job would look like.

I had a phone screening with HR with very typical interview questions, and the following week I interviewed in person with the hiring leader at the Eagan clinic. It was a great interview experience that was super informative. I got a lot of detail about the position and the company.
