J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Summit Midstream Corporation (Houston, TX)
Entretien
Inhouse recruiter was adamant about receiving email confirmations leading up to the interview which I was happy to give.
I sat in the virtual meeting room for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. During this time I emailed and called the recruiter wondering if the interview had been moved or canceled. I tried calling the main office number but no one ever answered. I sat there waiting until the interviewer finally contacted me to say he was having difficulties with the virtual meeting platform. The interview was fine. I was definitely thrown off by waiting so long and being unable to get in contact with anyone in a timely manner. Recruiter finally responded whilst I was interviewing, asking me if I had been able to speak with someone for the interview. I sent a follow-up email to both the interviewer and in-house recruiter to thank them for their time. I followed-up with phone call to recruiter to touch base in the following days but was unable to get ahold of them. I was ghosted for over a month until I received a call from the recruiter who wrongly called my number to ask for someone else of the opposite sex. I won't chalk this up to human error since the chances of an applicant having a phone number from the same area code as me for similar position are considerably low. I still haven't receive an explanation or response from the inhouse recruiter or Summit so will forego any future applications or employment considerations from them moving forward.
